I am Kartik Joshi, final year undergrad at VIT Chennai. As an inquisitive mind, I did not exactly want to restrict myself for a particular discipline, and voila, I found a perfect program, Electronics and Computer Engineering. This program has given me the liberty to explore a wide range of topics, and has helped me rediscover myself again. This beautiful image that you see below is my college campus. I am always one walk away to rejuvenate and uplift my spirit. That keeps me motivated!

Coming from an Indian background, I was exposed to the different flavours of India, very early on in my life. When I was in Bhavnagar, my hometown, I pursued Professional Tabla. I have successfully completed 4 out of the professional 7 year Visharad course affiliated to the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal. And then time happened, I had to shift to Ahmedabad for my furthur studies. But, I made sure that a part of me, has the music alive. I played in my School Morning assembly. Apart from Tabla, I casually play Piano, trying to play Bollywood Songs. And I aspire to learn Professional Guitar someday (fingers crossed, very soon!)

Poetry & Writings.
There is some divine power in words. It transcends language, penetrates through emotions and quenches the soul. At Golden Jubilee of my grandparents, I wrote my first poetry, in my mother tongue, Gujarati. It celebrated their love and affection. And with their blessings, I started writing more often. I initiated the writer's network in my primary school back then. I remember the joy of reading my articles published in the Student edition of the Times of India. I regularly wrote about the current affairs and modern day Indian Problems. Later, I explored many other domains. Over the years, I have observed that Love and Philosophy are universal themes that connects us all. I continue to write poetries and follow my passion of connecting people over few lines. A little bit of rhyme, brings the good time :)
